General information and conditions of sale

All tours are guaranteed with a minimum of 5 registered participants.

Each of our guides has a qualification to practice the profession and personal liability insurance coverage.

The guide will inform you about regulations and indications to follow during the activities.

When booking, it is necessary to communicate physical conditions, pathologies or allergies that could compromise the activities.

Any complaints or disputes that occur during the stay must be immediately reported to the staff of U Sardinia.

Pets are not allowed in regular activities.

Request for a private tour quote

You can send a personalized request by email or in each activity sheet.

Please complete the form in all its useful parts to provide the necessary information to proceed with a quote.

The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract for any of the subjects.

In case of actual availability, you will be sent a communication containing a summary of the conditions for the requested activity to be confirmed with a deposit within 48 hours.

Failure to confirm within the required terms will result in the cancellation of the request.

Cancellations, Changes and Liability

We have adapted our tours to minimize the risk of Covid-19 contagion.

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the start of the tour you will receive a voucher  of the  same value.

If the cancellation is made after 48 hours before the tour or no show, no refund will be made.
