Cala Mariolu

CALA MARIOLU

Cala Mariolu (Mariolu Bay)  or in sardinian dialect “Is pùligi de nie”  (which means “The Snow Fleas” because of its little tiny white pebbles )  , is absolutely unmissable, one of the most amazing beaches of the Orosei Gulf, with a limpid and cool water.

We’ll reach Cala Mariolu for a restoring swim, after a very nice excursion among limestone rocks, in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub and passing through the famous juniper wood stairs  built and used in the past from shepherds and charcoal burners.

Our return by motorboat will be rocked by the sea, giving us the chance to admire the suggestive coastline of Orosei Gulf, up to the Arbatax Port.
